"Ah, forgive my rudeness. My name is Yue von Ravenbrandt. And yes, I did have a rather nasty spill just now..." Yue says, giving Melissa a bow."In any case...I've heard of the League before, but never quite had a reason to look into it. May as well since I'm here." She continues, proceeding to walk into the building.

"First time on a flying Pokemon?" Melissa prods, following the younger girl into the building (no grandiose proclamations the second time around). "I didn't quite catch what you were riding."

"Yes, it was indeed my first time aloft. As for what carried me skyward, I am afraid that it twas by design rather than mistake that you didst not witness it. I must apologize for mine deception, but I must be cautious, lest I find myself in the gyves of blackguards." Yue says, before noticing a group of people clustered around a bag. "Hmmm? Perchance is there a ruckus over yonder?" She says, before running over to check it out.

Melissa is left blinking in Yue's wake. "Twas? Gyves? Blackguards? Who talks like that anymore? Must remember to test for chronal displacement particles once I've got some proper equipment again..."
She wanders over rather more slowly to listen in on the group around the bag, in the manner of someone who has no business intruding on whatever gathering is occurring but also has nothing better to pay attention to.

Gwen blinks silently with a blank stare. The entire color spectrum of characters just showed up today. The massive bang was enough to get her to look around, and she wasn't sure how this new girl was involved. "*sigh*A Kaiju guy, mad scientist, ghost bag girl, big boobs, a paraplegic, and..." She looks to Stella "...And this one walk into a bar. Pfft...What's next?"

Most people not using headphones do look up as the crash happens. But as they see someone run out first to investigate, they realize they missed the chance to be nosy and go back to what they were doing.
And then the cleanse tag gets placed on the bag, and a wisp does indeed shoot out at a million miles an hour. It’s very small, smaller than a gastly. Also it seemed to her earlier that it was pink/purpleish before, but seeing it closer it seems to radiate a lot of colors. But you only have the second to notice as the tv interference happens again and it’s gone through the ceiling.

"There's a wha-?" While the mad scientist runs out to check on the banging noise, Nori is busy reacting to his bag being possessed. "I mean, I'm not saying you're wrong or anything, but why is there a ghost in my bag?"
Apparently the short girl knows what to do about ghosts, though. Nori's never heard of using a napkin to drive ghosts out, but then, he hasn't studied ghosts much, and he has to admit, it seems to work when something small and shiny shoots back out like it was fired from a cannon. Maybe I can talk supervillain lady into making me a backpack cannon. Nori's gaze follows it up through the ceiling. "What. The. Heck. Did we fall into the TV when I wasn't looking? Are we in the Glitch Zone now?"
He shakes his head, then gestures dramatically toward the door. "Anyway, we should see where it's going. To the second floor!" Of course, Nori just got here last night and spent most of that last night in his room, so he's not totally clear on whether there is a second floor above the cafeteria, but why let uncertainty stop him?

"Big boobs? How rude! I am aware that tis oft quite a goodly prospect to magnify a maiden's feminal features, but tis quite loathly to ogle them as if I were some common fizgig!" Yue says, covering her chest.

Gwen stares at the girl with a blank expression to sandbag the response, but she can't help but snort and chuckle. "Hah!....Uhhh your 'Feminal Features' are fine. Just an observation. Hell, I'm told I have amazing legs myself."

"To the second floor!" Melissa echoes, feeling a sense of kinship with the ghost-backpack boy. Finally, someone else with a sense of style!

"Oh. My apologize. Tis simply a reflex, as I hast been stared at more than I care to admit in the past. Natheless, we shalt make haste to the second floor!" Yue yells, running off to find a set of stairs.

Gwen watches others chase after....whatever that was. Gwen merely shrugged as apparently things could just get crazier. "Second floor? Easy for ya'll to say...Anybody wanna use the elevator?" She backs up from the table, and rolls on over to the elevator to head up a floor after that anomaly.

The second floor is home to a bunch of the research offices. Currently empty at this time of day. There’s no sign of the wisp itself, but that same interference is on some of the computer screens and ends the second you all make it there. Must have just missed it.

"Wha- oh, sorry. Sure, elevator works." Honestly Nori wasn't expecting her to want to come with them, but hey, if she's here, sure. Besides, if Nori tries to take all those stairs at the pace he wants he's probably going to be having trouble breathing by the end of it, so he may as well take the elevator too.
He mumbles something rather rude when they arrive to see the interference just fading. "Dang. Which way do you think it went?" He looks around to see if the girl who spotted the wisp in the first place has followed. "Anybody know how to track a ghost?"

"An intriguing technical problem! Not something I've encountered in the literature, but given what it did to the nearby electronics when it left the bag, it must put out some sort of signal that could be traced. Most likely EM radiation of some frequency, which would be relatively trivial to detect... if we had the proper equipment, that is, which we don't." Melissa coughs. "In any case, following it won't do us any good if we don't have some way to hold it in place. It moves awfully fast."

"It would appear as though our quarry fled further upward. I didst not see a second story when I was outside, so I presume it went to the roof. I shalt be right back." Yue says, running over to the nearest window and jumping out. A moment later, the group sees a rather large blur shoot upward. After reaching the roof, Yue quickly changes back before looking around for any traces of the wisp.

Gwen navigates the office as best she can, and shakes her head as they find nothing. "Perhaps it was nothing. This was a big case of mass hysteria." Gwen then nearly falls out of her chair as Yue jumps out the window. "Holy sh-! WHOA!" Gwen takes off like a drag racer, and hurries up to the window. She then sits back when something flies by the window. "What the-!?...H-Hey...Are ya dead?" She wasn't down for seeing this girl go splat.

"Hah!" Melissa crows as the white-haired girl leaps out the window. "I knew it!" She rushes to follow... not all the way out, of course, because unlike some people she can't fly. She just wants to lean out far enough that she can see the alleged Yue von Ravenbrandt when she flies back down.

As Yue reaches the roof, she looks out and finds no trace of the wisp up here. However, looking out over the edge, she sees a faint glimmer that could be it heading north into route 1. Even if she transformed again, it’s moving so fast that it’ll break line of sight with the tree line and be unable to be tracked.

"Why are people jumping out of windows?" He follows the two women over to the window and glances at Dr. Melissa. "Where did you find this girl? Is she actually here to join the program or does she just have this running feud with gravity?"
He attempts to peer out the window, which isn't that easy with two people already there (one of them in a wheelchair he's trying not to bump). "You okay out there, uh..." Aaaand he doesn't know her name. Or anybody's name, except for the mad scientist lady because she introduced herself so very loudly.
Unfortunately the word he picks out of the strange girl's archaic mode of speech to identify her is... "Fizgig-girl? Do we need to call you an ambulance?"
