And if she was a tad more mature in nature, chains would be fun. Or I could just phase out but nobody needs to know that yet.

If Rei & Co were expecting the Poison Branch to be as suitably boring as it most often is, then they are supremely disappointed. Instead, it looks like someone let their Pokemon use Whirlwind or Hurricane indoors, as papers and random effects are scattered all about. A few people look to have been caught up in whatever happened as well, as they are currently groaning on the floor. Hard to tell how recent the destruction is, but thankfully there is no face-melting gas or zombie apocalypses at this time.

The poor guy looks disoriented and confused. "Huh-wha?" he mumbles dazedly. After a bit, he seems to regain enough control over his senses to be able to respond properly and confirms Rei's suspicions of the first shots of the latest prank war have been fired. Bug Branch infiltrated the Poison dorms and Nalkeya flipped out when she saw them and ended up destroying most of the Branch's interior in her frenzy. She hates bugs.

Rei helps the guy to his feet. Guess their own leader was mostly at fault here but still, her suspicions came true.
"Yes, Yue, Nalkeya and her girlfriend are leaders of this and the bug branch, respectively. I had heard of prank wars between them but didn't realize it was so soon."

After grabbing the map, Yue closes her eyes, pokes a random spot on it, and then opens them to find her finger on the Water Branch. Excited to see what she'll find, Yue heads over there.

Water Branch is...wet. As one might expect, given the name. Seems they are doing swimming drills right now. A very intense-looking woman is instructing/yelling at them to keep swimming no matter how tired they think they are. Probably best not to disturb her. Oh look, there's a blue-haired girl sitting off by herself staring into space.

Rei follows the energetic teen as much as possible which leads to a... well a 'fun' sight. Rei admires all the swimmers.
I may have picked the wrong branch...
There's a moment where she realizes maybe she shouldn't ogle so openly, and sees the girl off by herself.
"Maybe she can help us?"
Rei heads over.
"Hello, could you help us? My friend here is thinking about switching branches and is visiting them all for some info on them. Could you help us out?"
