Sara's purring blends with the hum of the coffee machine but there is no mistaking Brinn as she charges up to her offering her cloak and inquiring what happend almost prompting clothesless nyko to dart for cover like a scalded cat "Eeeik don't look!" she cries before realizing there is cover offered right in front of her which she quickly takes and dons "Th-thanks" Nyko says partially relieved... "I couldn't logic my way out of the nude scene..." she then says holding the cloak closed and tight around her while her ears droop "I'm supposed to "ere on the side of caution" apparently numbing skin contact drugs are more dangerous than public exposure... -_-... anyway I couldn't find anything to cover with but I really needed coffee so I thought if I got done fast enough I'd be stealthily in and out before anyone showed up" she explains glancing at the coffee machine which still has some time to go "*sigh* of course if I try to leave now I'd be streaking everyone in the halls ... -_-... I'll have to hide out here and leave last I guess... thanks again for the cloak... -_-..." the whole time despite being initially excitable and on edge over being in naught but a cloak, boots, and her birthday suit it's clear she's growing drowsy and needs that coffee as soon as the machine finishes.
Sara is preoccupied by the yarn when Brinn rushes by, barely catching her eye. Sara would grab her yarn and stand, looking over at the two converse, right before Nyko takes the cloak, she waves at them, holding the ball of yarn in her mouth, she says something muffled that cant really be made out. Sara walks over to the two of them like that, and grabs the ball out of her mouth when she arrives, looking for any of her snacks she made prior, only to find them all gone, if she had her old ears they would have drooped a bit.
"*yawn* O-oh hey kitten w-when did you get here? um... y-you didn't see me before brinn lent me her cloak d-did you?" Nyko says embarrassed at the thought that people might have seen her without her noticing as she figets inside the borrowed cloak.
Sara nods, Nyko was acting odd to her, perhaps this is what she meant earlier? Sara holds out her yarn for Nyko, she look quite stressed, perhaps her yarn that calmed her down would work on Nyko? "Want me to uh, make you anything to eat?"
Brinn sighs saying to Nyko, "Just try and be more careful next time. Don't want to give them anymore ideas. I'll walk you back to the set before time. They'd probably love to have you show up to set all sweaty and out of breath." She huffs angrily. "I'll have a talk with them. They've gotta give you some privacy offstage."
Well so much for the hope that Sara wouldn't have to deal with more...awkward situations. Brinn tries to steer it away from naked Nyko, "Uh, looks like there isn't much left Might need to grab some supplies before the next post." Sara might be a wonder but she couldn't conjure food out of the air.
Sara head-tilts, "I got some supplies before last post. Is something wrong?" she walks around the two of them after putting the yarn on the table, if Nyko didn't take it that is, going to the cabinets to get ingredients out. "Besides, next post probably wont be for awhile, might as well get something done while we wait. Do you two want anything in particular? I'm a good cook!" Sara says, a big smile on her face, she got to show off her cooking skills, she was sure they would like it!
"If you could just bring me some coffee when the machine finishes *nyaaa-wwn* I'm just gonna try to be out of the way" Nyko says floating the yarn ball into her mouth and drowsily walking over to the "love seat" and laying down on it exhausted with the cloak over her like a blanket. All this nervous fidgeting, and nudity sure takes a lot out of you but now with Brinn watching over her this was the first chance she thought she had to relax since they had first started talking about making her go naked... She soon starts purring and squeezing the yarn ball in her jaws...
After being corrected by Sara, Brinn had been looking in the wrong cabinet after all, she shrugs off the offer, "I tend to eat lightly. I'm sure whatever you make will be excellent." She wasn't just offering empty praise, she'd managed to have one of Sara's previous preparations before someone had finished the lot. "I'd offer to help but, unless you need help skinning something, I'll be pretty useless." With the couch occupied she takes a the beanbag for her seat. She slumps in it awkwardly; beanbags hadn't quite been invented yet.
Sara looks kinda blank as the other two ladies wander off to their own seats, they didn't really help decide what she would make, but the coffee seemed to be done, so she should get that for Nyko. Grabbing a mug and pouring some in it, she would set it on the table and start preparing to make cookies[Boring cooking steps skipped because I'm lazy and people would read a cookbook if they wanted to know how], putting the prepared pan in the oven. She would bring the coffee over, holding it out for her, and after she takes it, Sara would go sit nearby. She is unsure of what to do without her ball of yarn, or any other toys she had as a youth, she starts to draw in her travel journal.

When Sara brings the coffee Nyko would sit up and do a telekinetic juggle of taking the yarn out of her mouth and suspending it in the sure as she floated the coffee mug just under her nose. She wanted to keep her hands tucked under the cloak so that she doesn't show anything on accident by opening it.
"thanks! n_n" Nyko says looking very happy to the point of carelessly showing a snaggletooth and perking her soft fluffy cat ears before she starts to drink from the floating mug of the warm brew leaving some seating on the couch open as she does so.
Sara walks over after giving Nyko the coffee to a hidden cabinet and take out a familiar colored yarn ball, and would start to play with it, while Nyko is preoccupied with Sara's yarn and coffee. She starts her familiar purring again and she knocks it around the room without a care in the world.
Brinn keeps an eye on the floating ball of yarn, it was still odd that Nyko could move things without touching them. Course so did the fact that there were two people flicking yarn about the room. It almost seemed like Sara had produced hers out of thin air. The spot on the couch seemed inviting but Brinn would rather keep to herself for the moment. "So you actually enjoy that bitter brew? Or is it just staving off sleep?" Small talk wasn't her strong suit.

Umm... A little of both?" Nyko says sheepishly "I'm used to working long nights, but the good part comes after the first few sips" she explains as she makes the fridge open and she floats a small bottle of coffee creme over. She then pours a generous amount into her mug and takes a long sip "mmm... Now it's a treat..." She says clearly taking great pleasure in the taste.
It's then that Nyko notices the yarn Sara is playing with. She gives a confused and curious expression with her head coked and her ears raised unevenly as the yarn looked very familiar to get in fact it looked just like her missing yarn!
This might have been fine had Nyko not had a habit of stashing catnip in her yarn so that the entrancing smell would get in the air as she batted it around and bit it herself. Nyko was an adult after all of if she wanted to take recreational substances it was her choice no different a normal person having a beer, but Sara was a different matter... "um... S-sara... Umm..." She stammers trying to find the right words to break the subject as Sara probably doesn't even know what "drugs" are... Hopefully they won't effect Sara since she's human... Hopefully...
Nyko could only hope, for it was too late, mere moments after Nyko said her name, Sara would stop moving and just kinda stare off at something, her pupils dilating slowly, then she'd just kinda flop over. The yarn rolls over near Nyko as she starts rolling around uncontrollably, getting up every so often to run on her hands and knees a short distance only to start rolling again. It was odd, Sara was a human, but only in appearance, it would seem.
"I'll take your word on it," Brinn replies, as the creamer floats across the room, "All I've ever gotten is a headache from it. Almost as bad as a hangover. So I think I'll steer clear." Nyko's sudden head tilt grabs Brinn's attention. Sara? She turns her head to watch the girl start flopping around on the floor. "Sara, What's wrong? Is she having a fit or something, Nyko?" She demands with a rising sense of panic. It wasn't helped by being stuck in the accursed beanbag chair. Why did it have to be so comfortable and so hard to escape from?

"I... Uh... Think I figured it'd where my err... "special" yarn ball disappeared to" Nyko says with a nervous sweat drop as she levitates a ball comprised of red yellow and green yarn.
"J-judging by kittens reaction th-this must be her first cat nip... S-she should be fine as long as we keep an eye on her and don't let her have any more..." Nyko says as she carefuly sets everything she has been floating on the floor and instead strains to lift Sara (who is thankfully much lighter then Marshall) so that she doesn't hurt herself running about. "... D-do you think I'm gonna get in trouble for this?" She asks nervously.
Sara is quite restless while lifted, not trying to resist or anything but she just cant really stop moving, catnip was unheard of for her, and her world so this wouldn't be too much of a surprise, she babbles a bit as she's floated over.
"How could you leave something like that in easy reach!" Brinn says going off on the nervous Nyko. She finally manages to get out of the beanbag. "She'll be alright won't she?" Brinn doesn't exactly know what cat nip is either. She'd heard of similar substances for humans but... "There's no way to bring her out of it quicker?"
It's hard to focus on keeping the squirming sara lifted with brinn going off on her and so as Nyko tries to open her mouth to explain herself her mind slips and spills the squirming Sara onto the cloak clad cat burglar. "Oof!"
Well there goes the floating child. Brinn tromps over and tries to save the girl from being dropped on her head. She accidentally slams into Nyko in her effort. She's too late to manage the three of them from toppling over but she does manage to cradle Sara enough that she won't suffer any head injury. "Guh. Was floating her really necessary?" Brinn asks from the beneath the still squirming Sara. Or was it Nyko? "Still in one piece there?"

Hi there! I'm Seya, a 24 y.o. editor in Atlantic Canada. I enjoy writing, reading, webcomics, art, worldbuilding, and video games (I can talk for ages about SotC and Monster Hunter...). Although I'm relatively new to playing Pokémon Tabletop via forum, I've been putting together sites like this for a long time, and I'm really excited to work with you all to create an awesome environment for Pokémon roleplay. While my job here is primarily to keep the site running smoothly, I'm always happy to chat, offer advice, and deal with any problems you run across. Let me know if I can be of any help. Inbox is always open! Cheers! xx :)
Hello! I'm Sly, the East Coast mod representative! I'm a 22 year old tax accountant who is exactly as exciting as that sounds, I'm sure. PTU is my major hobby, I run several games (of which the Geode games are my pet project), and I read a disgusting amount of fanfiction. I've been a member of the community for about a year, consider myself more GM material than player material, and am dedicated to helping make your time here enjoyable! If there's ever anything you need, don't be afraid to send me an owl! (Or a PM, I guess, if that works better for you.)
Hey there! I’m DataNinja, the West Coast representative. I'm the most active Staff member on here, so if you need something, try giving me a poke first, and I'll see if I can help sort out your problem. Always happy to help!
(1 May 2015): "For our first pack, we’re focusing on utility character options. Hopefully, this will give you both interesting insights into our dev process as we make changes over time and another focused avenue to give us feedback on what you’d like to see out of PTU."
People are out there, yes, but if you're looking for a game, sorry to say that things seem to be winding down overall. There's basically been... 3 games in the last 2 years, none of which got off the ground.

It's very slow, yes. You'll probably finish working on your game before one pops up here, and if you create a recruitment for it you can expect to be swarmed with applicants.

New games seem to open up slowly here, but if new people are still welcome, I don't mind waiting around (or working on my own). It looks like there's some useful stuff to browse in the meantime.

Keep an eye on the recruitment area of this website. They're rare nowadays, but any new games that crop up will show up there. If it's a live game you want though, you're outta luck.

but how else do i find games then?

Sounds to me like they weren't a group you'd want to be part of anyway.

Basically, GMs post recruitments in the appropriate section, and then players apply to the open games. Unfortunately, there has been a rather... small amount of games posted lately, but there's one currently recruiting right now.
