Hello, my handle is AbZHz101,
as this is probably my gaming resume in the site... I should probably go over what games I have played.
Live:
I have played a few semester long campaigns of Anima: Beyond Fantasy to their completion. I have been in one Campaign of that system that ended after the fourth session due to lack of preparation time and the game going a bit too far off the rails for the GM to recover in the time he had.
I have played some live sessions of DnD and Pathfinder. Those ended about session three.
I have tried to play a session of PTU online with personal friends. It ended about after the third session due to time conflicts. I have the character sheet available. Not my best, but it was my friend's first time DMing the system and we were going for a more standard Gym Circuit.
I have played in DnD Adventurer's League. Sessions are mostly self-contained and can have characters forming parties with rather different characters every week.
On the other side of the screen, I have DMed semester-long sessions from some of the White Wolf systems.
I have also DMed for the Adventurer's League itself.
With the exception of Adventurer's League, most of the live sessions I have been in consisted of a section of roleplay and then a rather lengthy combat. Adventurer's League was often a slog of encounters, but still fun if heavily pre-proscribed. However, I also admit to having little experience outside of this.
Play by Post:
I have been involved in roughly three games of Play by Post Roleplay, all on a different forum. Sufficient Velocity, for those curious.
The first was a PTU 1.04 game that died after the first encounter, possibly just before the second was about to start. There had been difficulties with players dropping in and out of the scene so while sad it was not in expected. Link to character sheet. We were told to expect a Traditional Journey and that the characters started at level 1, with a level 10 starter.
The second was a Fate Accelerated version of Gundam where we were Federation forces taking part in the battle of Loum. (In canon the Feddies lost. Though both sides were said to have taken a beating.) I played an Irish Engineer and was the only one to apply with a support role. I stayed the entire campaign and was able to apply with the same character to it's sequel game. However, the sequel game seems to be currently... Stalled.
Third, was an attempt at Yu-Gi-Oh PbP known as Sufficient Momentum. The posted duels would be scripted between the two players, but the outcome would have been decided either by OOC consensus or by winning a match on duel nexus using the same decks as the characters (though we were allowed to duel "optimally" when deciding the outcomes, in character they were meant to be more like the TV show). I was one of the three players to conduct a duel and write out the In Character duel before it died off due to a player who had been a linchpin earlier on in the GM's development of the possible lore unexpectedly dropped.
On this forum, I have applied for Pandora's Westaria Promise, but was not chosen.
Well, hopefully this hasn't shot any chances I still had of getting into a game in the foot!
