Hey guys? I was waiting for other people to reply to me before I did anything too hasty, but no one but Bo responded.
Asa could be excused since I didn't really specifically talk to her, but DJW? I explicitly addressed the Professor hoping to hear them say something. Why didn't they at the very least say "we can't talk right now?" and shooed me along?
Either way, is it OK if we do things out of strictly chronological order? I want to talk to Asa before she starts her second daily event, but also want to start my first now.

Sorry there, GM. I thought the character was just being a bit facetious. I didn't think he was really awaiting an answer from the Professor, especially after he moved on and began asking things of the other PCs. The "we can't talk right now" scenario is what would have happened. It just looked like you had already shoo'ed yourself along already. Generally speaking, yes it's mostly okay to play in the story threads separately from the battle threads. That's why I made them separate, so story and battles could go simultaneously. That way story doesn't have to pause while battles are handled. While I've got you, GM, I still need your Pokédex tab on your sheet to be brought in line with the others'. Oh, and I also want all of you to know that any Pokémon you catch are healed and relieved of status ailments. Also, lav? PokéCenters are free, so don't feel the need to use up your items if you don't have to.

I am assuming that using the look for treasure option has a chance to find a fossil, or should I specifically do that?

No, looking for treasure is different than finding fossils. Finding fossils is its own thing with rules for it on Pg.216 of the core book. I'll add it to the options for Daily Events.

Ok, sorry for the confusion on that. Is the pond area a suitable location to search? Asa will probably just look for wilds, since even the easiest dc is high for 3d6, but she'll remember it for later when she is more capable.

As an inland body of water, yes, it would be a good spot. Even better if you could somehow dive to the bottom and search down there.
Hey, if everybody could do me a small favor - since the site only shows me about 19 posts before starting a new page of them, I'm starting to realize that it might not be easy for me to keep track of where all four of you are in your three daily events, so if you could please keep track of your own, that would be way better for me. Can you guys do that?

Yup, I'll post something like "Asa uses her first/second/third of three Daily Events to ____."

Yes, it was actually your post where it said "uses her final" that made me think about it, so thank you.

Breeding can be done during rest and Training can be done as part of the morning wakeup routine, so neither of them will require an event.
Heads up, Bo caught a Magby.

Heads up. Jack traded his Chikorita for a Drowzee. Chikorita does not disappear from your Pokédex, but Drowzee is unlocked.

Question for other players: Safeguard, on your list of used TMs? Its not for me so I'm ok with selling it, but if that's one that someone plans to ever use, speak now.
Question for DJW: The quick leveling rule states that our Pokemon gain a level after every battle? Should we all advance ours accordingly for the first day?

No Level-gain for captures, but if you accidentally knock out a Poke you were trying to capture, you do gain a Level. And, of course, intentionally KO'ing a wild will earn you a Level, too. But staying in one area and knocking out the local wildlife every day for no reason other than to make your own Pokes stronger might cause you to be investigated by a Pokémon Ranger or an Officer Jenny, so Trainer battles are the safer way to strengthen your team. Plus, they earn you money at the same time.
It's based on KOs. To my knowledge, the only player who has attained a KO so far is Asa, with 1 KO on the Socialite's Ponyta, so Asa has 1 Level to give to either of her Pokémon.

Yes, of course. With no hard feelings. But if you'd like to discuss it a bit either here or via PM I could see if there was something I could do to improve how everything is being handled. The game is for you guys, after all, not me, so I'm not set in stone on any of the stuff I have in place so far. The end goal is to provide you guys with some fun, and your feedback would be helpful in getting me to where I can do that for all of you.
